Feb 11, 2018-The process of government formation has begun in Province 3 and 5. CPN-UML Parliamentary Party (PP) leader from Province 3, Dor Mani Poudel, and UML PP leader from Province 5, Shankar Pokharel are in the fray to become the chief ministers of these provinces.
Province 3 Secretariat is preparing to appoint Poudel as the Chief Minister of the province on Sunday while the oath taking ceremony will be held on Monday.
Similarly, in Province 5, preparations are underway to hold oath taking ceremony for Pokharel on February 15.
The left alliance has agreed nominate three ministers from CPN (Maoist Centre) and four ministers from UML in the seven-member cabinet of the province.
