UML, Maoist Centre agree on portfolio sharing
Feb 22, 2018-The CPN-UML and CPN (Maoist Centre) have finalised the agreement on sharing ministerial portfolios.
A meeting between Prime Minister and UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli and Maoist Centre Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal on Thursday finalised the deal on ministerial portfolios.
After the agreement, the UML and Maoist Centre leaders have started homework to pick the ministers.
The UML has summoned its Standing Committee meeting at 9m on Friday to allocate the ministries.
Earlier in the day, the left alliance partners reached an understanding to form an 18-member Cabinet.
The sharing of ministries between the two parties as follows:

4. Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport

9. Ministry of Education and Sports
10. Ministry of Health and Population
CPN (Maoist Centre)
1. Ministry of Home Affairs
2. Ministry of Water Resources and Energy
3. Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies
4. Ministry of Urban Development, Drinking Water and Sanitation
5. Ministry of Forest and Environment
6. Ministry of Agriculture, Cooperatives and Land Management
7. Ministry of Labour, Employment, Women and Children
