Feb 11, 2018-A day after the release of the first look of Damaru ko Dandibiyo, another film written by actor and author Khagendra Lamichhane, Jai Bholey, has been announced. Jai Bholey will be directed by Ashok Sharma, marking his comeback after Mitini, which came out in 2006.
Jai Bholey, according to producers, is a social satire and will star Khagendra Lamichhane, Saugat Malla, Swastima Khadka, and Salon Basnet, in the lead roles.
The production crew will start the principal filming of the movie February 14 onwards and aims to release it by the upcoming Dashain festival, with the Day of the Fulpati set as the tentative release date.
The third iteration of the Chhakka Panja movie is also slated to release on the same day.
Speaking about the new movie, director Ashok Sharma said, “I have been away from filmmaking for the past 12 years, I look forward to coming back with renewed vigour.”
The film will also feature veteran actress Basundhara Bhusal in a cameo role.
