Jan 22, 2018-The death toll of Monday's bus accident in Salyan has climbed to four. Among the deceased, two persons have been identified as Chantari BK, 70, of Pipalneta, Bagchau Municipality-10, Salyan, and Pushpa Khadka of Rukum. The identities of two others are yet to be ascertained.
Police said that 32 persons were injured in the incident. 3 killed in Salyan bus accident Three persons died when a bus met with an accident at Bhantakhola in Tribeni Rural Municipality of Salyan district on Monday. The incident occurred when the driver lost control of the vehicle heading towards Ghorahi from Rukum and fell some 150 metres down the road.
The identities of the deceased are yet to be established. Police personnel have been carrying out rescue operation of the injured. The exact number of persons injured in the incident is yet to be confirmed. The injured have been taken to the district hospital in Salyan and Nepalgunj for treatment.
