NC’s Chinta Bahadur Ghale elected in Manang Province ‘Ka’
Dec 8, 2017-Nepali Congress (NC) has opened its account, registering a win in Manang Province ‘Ka’.
Chinta Bahadur Ghale won the election by acquiring 998 votes against his closest contender Dhorje Dhandul Gurung of CPN-UML. Gurung accumulated 896 votes.
Chief District Officer Hari Prasad Panta confirmed Ghale’s victory.
Though Manang ‘Ka’ has 2,179 voters, only 1,901 votes were cast in the election.
Vote counting in most of the districts had started after 5 pm today.
